A step-by-step guide for creators on how Refunnel works: apply in 30 seconds, pick a campaign, get product shipped, submit content, and get paid natively through the platform.
Most creator programs ask for a resume, a media kit, a pitch deck, and your first-born child before they'll send you a sample product. We're not that.
Here's exactly how it works when you apply to a campaign on Refunnel: what you do, what the brand does, and how you get paid.
You don't need to create an account. You don't need a password.
You don't need to join the platform.
You'll find campaigns one of two ways:
Either way, you click Apply to Collaborate, drop in your TikTok handle (or whatever social profile the campaign lists) and your email, and you're done.
The brand takes it from there.
Brands usually run multiple campaigns at once, each with a different incentive structure.
That's intentional, not every creator wants the same deal.
Common setups:
Every campaign spells out the deliverables, the deadlines, and exactly how the rewards work before you apply. No reading between the lines.
Once you're accepted, the brand's Shopify store ships the product straight to you. (If a Product Seeding Campaign)
You don't need to DM anyone, follow up, or remind a coordinator who ghosted.
Shipping timelines come from the brand directly in the campaign details.
Depending on the campaign, you'll either post publicly or deliver privately.
Public post campaigns. Post to TikTok, Instagram, or whatever platform the campaign calls for, and that's it. Our system tracks and captures your content automatically, even when it isn't tagged to the brand. You don't need to send links, screenshots, or confirmations.
Private submission campaigns. If the brand wants raw footage or edited files delivered directly (not posted publicly), you upload straight through the campaign page to a secure link. Same ease, no email attachments, no WeTransfer chaos.
Either way, there's no manual reporting on your end.
Payments run natively on Refunnel, bi-weekly or monthly depending on the campaign. Tax forms are handled through the platform too.
Reward structures vary, but they're always stated upfront. You'll know if you're earning based on:
No surprises at payout time.
Some campaigns include a whitelisting component, meaning the brand wants permission to run paid ads using your content. If that's part of the deal, it's listed clearly in the campaign terms, along with any extra compensation you'll get for those rights.
You never find out after the fact that your content is running as an ad. It's either part of the agreement or it isn't.
Campaign-specific questions go directly to the brand team — they own the relationship with you. On your end, the Refunnel platform gives you visibility into where your submission stands, how your content is performing, and where your payment is in the pipeline.
No black box. No "we'll get back to you." You can see it.
